Anyone else currently having issues with their MLR scheduled Points expiration?
I had 186,988 Points with 1,198 Points scheduled to expire in July and 30,140 Points in August. I didn't really take note of the amounts of points in September through January though.
I just recently used 12,990 Points on a purchase, so I was expecting July to go to zero and August to go to18,348.
However, both July and August didn't change from the scheduled 1,198 and 30,140 Points.
It looks like it might have deducted at least some of the points from January as January shows as 3,100 Points, which is a little weird since it should be closer to 10,000 since I already did all my bonus points activities for this month. But I don't really know for sure as I didn't take note of January before I made my purchase.
What's even weirder is that I have a total of 185,838 Points scheduled to expire from now until January but I only have a total of 173,998 Points after the recent purchase. So I currently have more points scheduled to expire than I even own. Am I going to go into negative Points?
I thought maybe they just didn't deduct the purchase points from the expiring ones yet, but then I should still have a total of 186,988 Points scheduled to expire, not 185,838. I'm not sure where the difference of 1,150 would come from.
I also thought maybe it's just taking a little while to update, but it's been a few days and my order has already been shipped out. It usually updates immediately after I receive my order confirmation.
I've already confirmed some other members are having the same issue that have recently placed orders using MLR Points where it deducted recent Points gained instead of those next scheduled to expire like it usually has done in the past.
I haven't yet heard of any other members that have more points scheduled to expire than they actual own though.
So has anyone else had any issues with purchase points not being deducted from the most recent scheduled expiration points or have more points scheduled to expire than they own?
