ThinkStation P3 Ultra Small Form Factor wont allow login or BIOS entry

I pulled the P3 out of the box, ran through the setup, used a Microsoft account email (Go Daddy) work/school, went to my organization, logged in, and the machine ran through the setup. After the 15 minute updating and loading it rebooted back to a windows login "Other User". The prompt boxes "username/email", 'Password", and under those two boxes is the statement, "login to your school or work account. There is no "Other User" setup on the machine so it will not allow login, I tried using my work/school account used for setup and if fails each time with "wrong username or password". I rebooted 20 times, no change, I unplugged for 10 minutes, rebooted, no change.

Upon reboot there is no Logo splash to allow a BIOS entry. I have tried using all the keys, F1, F2, Cntl Enter, etc etc, during the reboot, never get an option to go into BIOS to rerun the setup. The computer does seem to hang on a few of these attemps, but nothing appears on the screen so uncertain if the BIOS option is there.

NOTE - This is the 2nd Lenovo P3 I've tried in a week, both with same problem. I sent the first one back and cross ordered another. On the first (1st) P3 I tricked windows into setting up a 'Local Account" using a local user name and password. Again, after full install and reboot it came back to "Other User" with no option to choose the local account I had setup. I tried using that username and password at the prompt and it fails everytime.

I have read threads about plugging a micro DP dongle into the T1000 to allow a screen on startup, do I have to take the machine apart to get to the graphics card plug in? This seems crazy considering I'm just pulling brand new from the box. I've set up 4 Lenovo's in last month, 2 Yoga's and 2 Thinkcenter's, never had a problem until Thinkstations.

Even if I get to the BIOS and can reload Windows 11 Pro, is the same problem going to persist? I can't believe I'm the only person with this problem, 2 identical machines within a week with same problem

Any Thoughts would be helpful before I return this second unit.
