Hi, I was wondering if the parameters of the PRO Membership benefit for free expedited shipping could be cleared up a bit? I just placed an order and all the items but one qualified for the free expedited shipping. It was this power cord.
I don't mind so much about the shipping cost since the standard shipping is still free, but neither do I have an estimate on the arrival (as of yet - the order was just placed) nor was I offered the expedited shipping I've come to expect. Didn't know if Beth - Community Manager or someone else in the community had insight into why this particular item seemed to trigger an exception to the PRO membership benefit and if this was intentional or in error.
