Anyone else having issues with Lenovo delaying shipment orders?

I placed an order on 2/8/25 for a Legion 5i Gen9 Intel (16") with RTX 4060 and my original ship date was 2/14 I have received 4 different shipment delay notifications and now am told 2/25/25 as the latest ship date. As a small business owner it is infuriating that my new employees laptop keeps getting delayed and he can't do his work and start as planned. Yes this is more a gaming laptop but it will work great for the design and video work intended. I am really wondering if I should have gone with Dell or HP at this point. The worst part is that customer service, even the business line, keeps telling me "please wait 24 hours for an update" then the next day it is delayed again. Sorry for the rant, I'm just a little upset and hope that no one else in this community experiences the same delays and issue that I am. I thought when ordering this that Lenovo would take care of their small business better, especially when I was planning on ordering my next 5 employee laptops from here, but that may change. Any thoughts or input is appreciated. Have a great day.
