I ordered a customized P8 workstation on October 25, 2024, to support my ongoing research, which significantly depends on the performance and reliability of this machine. Initially, I was excited about the purchase, but after nearly a month, the estimated delivery time has been updated to February 19, 2025.
This timeline means it will take approximately four months for my order to be prepared and delivered. Unfortunately, this delay poses a significant challenge to my research and progress, as having access to the workstation is crucial for my work.
I understand that customized orders may require additional processing time, but I am reaching out to inquire if there is any possibility to expedite my order. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights into how this situation might be addressed.
