Alan DeYoung is the Executive Director of the Wisconsin EMS Association (WEMSA). The Wisconsin EMS Association is one of the oldest standing EMS associations in the country, founded in 1973. Additionally, WEMSA is the largest state EMS association in the country, with over 6,000 members.
