Recently, a Lenovo user reached out asking about the cause and potential fix around an enter key and backspace key that no longer work on her P1 ThinkPad.
She's spent years working with it in the classroom, at home, in the jungle and on the beach. There doesn't appear to be any debris stuck in the keys but they still don't work...
Any idea what might be causing this and how to maybe fix it?
