What was your best pick from CES 2024?

CES is over but what caught your attention?

For me it was the Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid, still not sure I need both Android and Windows but I think its pretty cool!

A Hybrid PC Solution That Does It All

Experience the ultimate flexibility with the latest addition to trailblazing designs offered by the ThinkBook Plus portfolio. The new Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid can switch from a laptop to a tablet and back seamlessly. This amazing solution has two products, a Microsoft Windows laptop base system and a tablet, but they can be used either separately as two devices or work together as a laptop, so users can switch between Windows 11 and Android with ease. Consisting of the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid Station – which can be used independently when connected to an external display – and the ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid Tab – which can be detached and used standalone.

Designed for media content creators, designers, logistics professionals, financial analysts, or any users who could benefit from dual functionality, this device can handle virtually any mainstream task in a variety of formats, such as:

  • Windows 11 laptop for full PC experience
    • With Tab attached, it delivers a vivid 14-inch, 2.8K OLED display.
    • Detach the tablet and use the Hybrid Station as a PC connected to an external display.
  • Windows 11 laptop with Hybrid Stream that enables streaming of Android applications on screen in Picture-in-Picture window with high quality and low latency.
  • Tablet with Keyboard – Hybrid Station acts as a keyboard and ClickPad – offers possibility of light work or play through the Android ecosystem benefiting from extended battery life.
  • Detach the Tab for a full Android tablet experience, ideal for taking notes with the optional Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, presenting slides, or watching videos when placed on the optional Lenovo Universal Easel Stand.

Highly adaptable to user needs, the powerful AI PC performance of Intel Core Ultra processors and stunning Intel Arc graphics in the Hybrid Station allows users to enjoy a full Windows 11 laptop experience. Detaching the display means users can also enjoy the benefits of a Qualcomm® -powered tablet, without interrupting workflows on the Hybrid Station when connected to an external monitor. And with long-lasting batteries on both devices that intelligently manage power delivery, Wi-Fi® connectivity6, and wireless projection capability on supported external displays, users can multitask more efficiently for longer, and often without cables. The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 5 Hybrid is more than just two devices—it’s a game-changer.
