Typically, overclocking requires a motherboard (and BIOS) which supports overclocking. Usually, it requires a consumer-grade (gamer) CPU with the right SKU; e.g. Core i9-14900K.

It doesn't look like overclocking is an option—for any model of Intel Xeon. According to Intel:

btw- I found nothing on L1T Forums about that specific model of Xeon. Using the search, I found at least a dozen discussion threads about \"overclocking xeon\" (sorted by relevance). Unfortunately, most posts appear to be bragging about clock speeds achieved and benchmark scores. I don't know how much help you'll find.
