Thinkpad P16 Workstation and Thunderbolt 4 dock - problems?

I have seen some mixed reviews on the Thinkpad Thunderbolt 4 dock. I want to connect it to my Thinkpad P16 Workstations - 21FA and 21KV. (They are on the compatibility list) Anyone in the community had any experiences with this combination?
