Hello, who at Lenovo can help us with a Reimbursement request pending since May and continued fake charges from Lenovo to our business debit card? We've requested help from the following Lenovo team and they have done nothing to assist:

We are not ordering anything further from Lenovo until this is resolved, and our next step is to ask public forums and social pages for advice and if anyone else is experiencing a similar customer service response from Lenovo.
We hope you will connect us to someone at Lenovo that will actually do something, and we can provide the email chain of requests and follow-ups with the Lenovo representatives for reference.
