I am a single owner\operator business that leverages automation to do maintenance and patching through a RMM reseller. I currently do all my own help desk phone support, my clients prefer to hear from me rather than a stranger on the other end of phone calls.
I have been approached a few times by bigger businesses that want to buy my business but they want to outsource that important piece of the business. I would like to get some feedback from other owner\operators about this topic.
