I'm been using Thinkpads since they were IBM products! It's been a long while.
My current Thinkpad is from 2018 and it burns my fingers. After weeks of trying to work with a Lenovo Pro Rep, he may have fixed the quote, but only after requesting a supervisor about 4x. Then he claimed to be disconnected from me. I've never had this many problems trying to spend money before. Being in the CX business, I see A LOT of secret shop evaluations come back with the employees having teachable moments that were missed. This one takes the cake.
Maybe soon I won't have burnt fingertips and I'll have laptop that has all the letters on it? Many of the letters wore off, so some buttons are just clear. Annoying b/c I can't use the backlit feature b/c it's blinding with some clear keys!
Hopefully, soon, I will be upgraded.
Still not excited about the hub dock. Still wishing they made the lockable dock, like I have now.
