Currently, our business has full service lease on our printers from HP. It works well enough and we enjoy not wasting time troubleshooting printer issues. However, after an analysis we found that 5% of users accounted for 90% of pages printed. We are considering downsizing our printing operations to save money and eventually move to a paperless office (aside from legally mandated documents that must be printed).
I'm curious, has your business gone paperless? If so, how has it gone? If not, what are your thoughts on printing? Do you think paperless offices are feasible in your industry?
