Many of the AI tools are now asking for more details when it comes to answering questions about a topic as if it is trying to inspire the user to be more forthcoming with information.. Is anyone noticing this?

I use many AI tools during the course of a day, depending on what project I am working on. Recently, I have noticed that the tool I am using and asking it to perform a task is asking for more and more information before it answers. Is anyone else noticing this? It (the AI tool) also tries to converse with me. I find this very interesting.
