I've been an editor and writer for about 20 years, but in the last 3-4, I've swerved kind of abruptly into first affiliate commerce, and now performance marketing. I am extremely good at putting high-performing editorial teams together, and an expert in creating authoritative content that does great in SERPs. But after four months in a new performance marketing lead job, I still feel at sea. Many of the concepts and terms remain elusive and when I asked our department head (who is terrific) if she knew about any training or educational resources, she basically said, no, everyone just figures it out.
If anyone knows of anything, though, I'd be very grateful.
