I am reaching out here in the Pro Community as recommended by the Lenovo Community Admin.
Our Lenovo Business Pro account for NL is currently active, and we are initiating OEM Autopilot registration for our NL and SG branches to streamline device deployment. While this process is already successfully implemented for our US office, we are facing challenges contacting our account manager despite multiple emails and calls over the past month.
We require an authorization link from Lenovo to proceed (screenshot attached for reference). Attempts through customer service and technical support have not led to the appropriate contact/results.
Could you advise on the correct point of contact to assist with this request?
