    What you do in your organization or at your organization to promote and support mental health, work life balance and/or sustainability?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               I am 21 year old indie game developer from Myanmar . My studio name call LokerGames .I use Epic game  Unreal engine start on before year on this month . Our country people don`t give motivate in digital work`s so you know this is so hard for me . My friend think i am crazy and don` give their time and attention . Loneliness hopeless and stressful ....  but it ok I hope one day I will be success or who know I hope I do my best . Electricity only give on off  between 4 hour cuz crop and revolution . There for I learn unreal engine 4 hour every days . My parent call me dawdler and crazy gamer my mental health was broken but I will try my best and sustain for gamers artists architectural and programmer.
