(Idea credit: Thomas B) Is anyone having issues with power, USB and ethernet/micro-ethernet connectors. They are very small and fragile. I wish the sockets were configured so that they plugged in deeper into the laptop so that the edges of the socket opening protected the connector. It seems that my connectors are endangered when I'm using my laptop on anything other than a table. The connectors get bent or broken off. 

If the connector is recessed the wire can flex instead of the connector itself.
