Internet Cafe and Coffee with Short Term Office space.

We're Thinking about opening our office building as an Internet Cafe with Coffee and Pastries.   We also are adding a Short Term Office Space to our building, with 1/2 day, daily, and weekly rates.

    I think this is a great idea. The remote office concept is popular in many cities. You could promote is a your office away from your home office. If you have to meet with clients and you don't want to bring them to your home, etc. Or if you're traveling and a hotel business center isn't adequate for your needs.
