My mom is my biggest role model. When she was just a young woman starting out in business, she faced many challenges. There were few women in leadership roles at the time, and my mom had to work hard to prove herself. But she persevered, and she eventually became one of the most successful women in her field. I admire my mom because she showed me that anything is possible if you're willing to work for it. She's also an amazing human being, and I'm so proud to be her daughter. I know she's proud of me too - even though I've still got a long way to go!
