Comms & marketing: What not to do

Sometimes it's hard to know what parts of a message or marketing strategy are so good - sometimes it's just easier to spot the really bad parts. 

Like a singer - it's sometimes easier to pick out a bad voice (because you cringe!) than verbalize all the nuances of the good voice without all the expertise. 

So when it comes to marketing and communications, what doesn't work?

  • Keep your marketing focused.  Only send to those that request or within your social groups.  Nobody likes spam.

    Triple or quadruple check your work.  Nothing gets spotted quicker than por grammar.   <- see
