PRO Membership - Not always free expedited shipping?

Hi, I was wondering if the parameters of the PRO Membership benefit for free expedited shipping could be cleared up a bit? I just placed an order and all the items but one qualified for the free expedited shipping. It was this power cord.

I don't mind so much about the shipping cost since the standard shipping is still free, but neither do I have an estimate on the arrival (as of yet - the order was just placed) nor was I offered the expedited shipping I've come to expect. Didn't know if   or someone else in the community had insight into why this particular item seemed to trigger an exception to the PRO membership benefit and if this was intentional or in error.

    This is an awesome question. Tbh, I am not sure why this item wouldn't fall under the free shipping category. 

    Some thoughts are that it may ship from a partner or separate location so therefore…

    Some thoughts are that it may ship from a partner or separate location so therefore fall out of a radius for free and expedited? I am just not sure. Let me put out an ask for you to see if we can find out together :)

    Alrighty   Albeit delayed, I got an answer for ya! :) So my suspicion was correct! Since the power cord shipped from one of our vendors, it did not fall under the free AND expedited shipping category. I'll get in touch with a few more details offline but hopefully that helps answer our quandary here haha.
