    When I first took over IT for our company, I was recommended the book "The Phoenix Project". It was a good read with real world scenarios in a fictional format. Currently, as part of a work group, I'm reading Learning Leadership by Kouzes & Posner.

    Those are very good suggestions Cody. The Phoenix Project seems especially relevant to anyone in IT and it sounds like you got some good stuff out of it. Thank you!
