"Being transparent about pricing is a simple way to give customers a great experience while increasing retention. I see a lot of companies embedding hidden fees or automatic account rollovers in their pricing agreements. This has promoted general frustration with the industry and distrust. Being transparent and communicative about pricing and pricing changes is a way to build trust with customers while honoring your own business."
